Booking & Cancellation Policy – kk Decoration
At kk Decoration, we aim to provide smooth booking, timely setup, and transparent policies for all our balloon decoration services across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida & Delhi NCR.
Please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your order.
Booking Policy
• We recommend booking our balloon decoration services 7–10 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot. Our calendar fills quickly, especially on weekends and special occasions.
• We do accept last-minute bookings up to 12 hours before the event, subject to availability of team and materials.
• Booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or immediately after decoration setup completion.

Cancellation Policy
• Less than 24 hours before the event date:
No refund will be provided.
• 24 to 72 hours before the event date:
A cancellation fee of ₹1000 or 50% of the advance amount paid (whichever is lower) will be charged.
• 4 days or more before the event date:
A flat cancellation charge of ₹500 will apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
• In case of adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), rescheduling may be allowed. However, refunds will not be issued in such cases.
• Perishable items such as cakes, bouquets, flowers, etc. are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.
• For special event days like:

Other high-demand festive dates
Cancellations are strictly not permitted due to high operational demand.
• For Room Decoration Packages, Candlelight Packages, or Premium Surprise Setups, 100% of the package cost will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
Reschedule Policy
• Less than 24 hours before the event:
Rescheduling is subject to management approval.
• 24 hours to 3 days before the event:
Rescheduling allowed at zero additional charge (subject to slot availability).
• 3 days or more before the event:
Rescheduling allowed without any additional fee.
• Rescheduling is not available for special event days (Valentine’s, Christmas, New Year, etc.).

Monday to Sunday: 24*7
(Decoration setup may be available outside operating hours based on prior booking.)
