Service Agreement
By booking services with KK Decoration, you agree to the terms mentioned below. Booking confirmation is considered acceptance of these terms.
Booking & Payment
- Advance payment is required to confirm booking.
- Remaining amount must be paid before or immediately after decoration setup.
- Prices may vary based on customization, location, timing, and balloon type (normal / chrome / metallic / premium).
Decoration Timing
- Our team arrives as per the scheduled time slot.
- Client must ensure venue access at the agreed time.
- Delay due to client-side access issues will not be our responsibility.
Balloon & Material Disclaimer
- Balloons are delicate items and may deflate due to weather conditions (heat, AC, humidity).
- Outdoor decorations may have shorter durability.
- We are not responsible for damage after setup completion.
Changes in Order
- Minor changes are allowed 24 hours before event time (subject to availability).
- Same-day customization changes may not be possible.
Damage Policy
- Any damage to decoration items or rented props caused by guests or venue staff will be chargeable.
